Snakelet in the open on the PMB

Young tiger catshark at Long Beach
This young catshark was seen during a night dive. It is a rare - possibly resident, possibly just a visitor, on the extreme edge of its range.

Yellowbelly rockcod at Photographers Reef!
While known to occur in Cape Town waters, this species is exceedingly rare - Carel v.d. Colff from Pisces spotted it recently.

Dreadlocks at the Maori!
Dreadlocks, Myriothela tentaculata, a species more usually seen on offshore, deeper reefs, has now been spotted independently by two divers (Helmutt Berderow and Carel v.d. Colff) at the deeper end of the wreck of the Maori, and it is not the same cluster either!

Oxeye Dory at Oudekraal again!
This fish, the juvenile of the oxeye dory, was seen twice (and caught once) by SURG member Guido Zsilavecz in 1995 - now Geo Cloete photographed another one!
